Registration & Fees

Prices include 6% GST.

Please note: Registration starts at 7:30 am.

Registration fee includes: Conference three-ring binder and handouts of all workshop sessions, WCCAMH Conference certificate of completion, morning coffee & refreshments. Lunches are not included.

Group rates: To be eligible for group rates registrants must register through their assigned "group leader." All names must be submitted together. Seperate payment may be submitted by group members. Please specify if one group receipt is sufficient, or if seperate receipts are required.

Continuing Education Credits: Canadian Psychological Association, Canadian Counselling Association, Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation, Association of Social Work Boards, Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, College of Family Physicians of Canada (Main Pro 1)

Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, you are invited to send an alternate in your place, at no extra cost. Please notify us of the name of the alternate, so that we may correct our records and minimize confusion at check in.
Refunds will be available, minus $40 administration fee, 14 days or more prior to the workshop. Non-attendance will not be grounds for a refund. If the conference must be cancelled for any reason, full refunds for workshop fees will be provided.
Our liability is limited to refunds for workshop fees only. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference. Please make hotel & travel arrangements with this in mind.
Note: The organizers are not responsible for any presenter’s or participant’s statements, acts, materials, or ommissions. The use of audio and video taping devices, beepers, and cell phones is not permitted at any conference. Children and unregistered guests are not permitted in the meeting rooms.
