John Briere, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, and Director of the Psychological Trauma Program at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Centre. He is past President of the International Society for Traumatic Street Studies, and a Fellow of the American Psychological Association.
