Information on Exhibiting at the Conference
Last year's Conference was attended by 600+ mental health professionals including: therapists, counsellors, mental health workers, social workers, psychiatric nurses, physicians, family therapists, rehabilitation/vocation counselors, employee assistance counsellors and others.
What is Provided
- One six-foot draped table will be provided for your use in an area adjacent to the main ballroom, creating informal interaction with participants during the Conference from Wednesday, November 17th to Friday, November 19th (days 2 - 4)
- One free 4-day seat to the Conference, a $675 value
- Limited advertising: mention on the front cover of the Conference binder given to participants, mention on our website (www.jackhirose.com), mention on Conference signage.
Exhibit Hours
Tables will be available from 7:00 am on November 30th and must be dismantled at the end of the Conference on December 2nd. Please note there will be no exhibiting on November 29th (day 1) of the Conference.
Fees
$3,000
Payment must be made in advance to confirm space. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
