Group Rebates
If you're attending the Conference with a group of colleagues, you may be eligible for a rebate on registration fees.
Group rebates only apply to registrants attending all four days.
CLAIMING YOUR GROUP REBATE
- Group members must go to registration.jackhirose.com & register online individually with payment in full. Payment must be received by our office before the earlybird deadline.
- All group members must provide the same group contact name as a note on registration.
- Once all group members have registered and paid online, the group contact person must contact our office and provide a list of names. This list must be received before the earlybird deadline. We will provide the appropriate rebate at that time.

Full-time Student Rebates
If you're currently a full-time student, you may be eligible for a rebate on Conference registration fees.
Full-time student rebates only apply to registrants attending all four days.
CLAIMING YOUR FULL-TIME STUDENT REBATE
- Students must go to registration.jackhirose.com & register online individually with payment in full. Payment must be received by our office before the earlybird deadline.
- Full time students must provide a letter from an accredited educational institution verifying full time student status. This letter must be received before the earlybird deadline. We will provide the appropriate rebate at that time.

Your Registration Fee includes:
Conference binder with handouts, continental breakfast, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks, Conference certificate of completion.
Lunches are not included.

Seats are confirmed when payment is received. Send payment by cheque/VISA/Master Card made out to Jack Hirose & Associates Inc. Sorry, we do not accept purchase orders or American Express. Upon receipt of registration and payment we will email a confirmation notice.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend, you are invited to send an alternate in your place, at no extra cost. Please notify us of the name of the alternate, so that we may correct our records and minimize confusion at check in.
Refunds (or a credit for future Jack Hirose & Associates training) are available, minus a 40 administration fee, if notice is given 14 days or more before the Conference. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. No refunds under any circumstances will be made thereafter.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the Conference, we will naturally issue a full refund for workshop fees.
Our liability is limited to refunds for Conference fees only. Jack Hirose & Associates Inc. reserves the right to cancel the workshop. Please make hotel & travel arrangements with this in mind.
NOTE: Jack Hirose & Associates/EDGEWOOD is not responsible for any presenter's or participant's statements, acts, materials, or omissions. The use of audio and video taping devices, beepers, and cell phones is not permitted at any workshop. Children and unregistered guests are not permitted in the meeting rooms.
