Neal Berger, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized Senior Professional Addiction Specialist with over 25 years of experience consulting with hospitals, treatment facilities and other professionals in the U.S and Canada. He has developed and implemented workplace and community intervention strategies to prevent or reduce the many risks associated with undiagnosed or untreated substance use disorders and mental health problems. Currently, Dr. Berger serves as Executive Director of The Cedars at Cobble Hill, a residential treatment facility.
