John Ludgate, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist, who has worked as a psychotherapist for more than 30 years. He currently works at the CBT Center of Western North Carolina in Asheville where he specializes in treating mood, anxiety, and psychosexual disorders and provides CBT training and supervision to mental health and other professionals. He received an M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Trinity College, Dublin.
