Dr. Jenny Demark is a Clinical Psychologist with decades of experience working with children, youth, and parents. Her goal has always been to improve the quality of life for children and their families by completing thorough assessments and developing evidence-based interventions that include the parenting principles of Prepare, Teach, and Motivate. She has taught classes at Carleton University and York University, she has consulted with several school boards, and she has appeared in numerous radio and podcast interviews. Along with her cherished colleagues, Conrad Leung and Dr. Linda Reinstein, Dr. Demark authored the book, “Complex Kids, Simple Solutions: How to Raise Resilient, Confident, and Likeable Kids”, which was released in November 2025.
In her spare time, Dr. Demark enjoys outdoor activities, spending quality time with her young adult sons, eating gourmet vegetarian food, and maintaining a net-zero energy home with her husband and beloved rescue dog.
