“Great use of video to emphasize a concept. Emphasis on amygdala and hippocampus interactions. I have been on the right track working with clients with PTSD and anxiety. The research is reassuring. I liked assimilating the old research. Part of celebrating their research and how we can prove it. His personal experiences were entertaining, thoughtful, and relative.”
